Purchasing Original Artwork

If you view and purchase an artwork in person, it cannot be refunded, but it may be exchanged for another piece of equal value, subject to availability.

If you purchase an artwork online without having seen it in person (e.g. international or remote sales), you are entitled to return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. In this case, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the item is securely packaged and undamaged. Refunds will only be issued once the artwork is received in its original condition.

Shipping

Shipping costs are typically covered by the buyer unless otherwise stated. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that many countries do not tax original artworks, but it's best to check local regulations.
